John Josephs, MS, CSCS offers personal and small group training in the Jacksonville area. John is uniquely qualified as a CHEK Exercise Coach, a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach (CSCS) by theNational Strength and Conditioning Association, a Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and as a Certified Personal Trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine. Additionally, he has a special interest in posture assessments, core and back strengthening and offers sports-specific training to athletes in core and functional strength training for general health and fitness.

John will assess your posture and movement patterns and develop a personalized exercise program incorporating traditional strength training exercises along with current core and functional exercise to correct any movement dysfunction and muscular imbalances to improve your sports performance, overall health and fitness. Workouts will be goal specific, challenging and fun. You will receive the highest standard quality of training, information, and instruction.

Our rates are:

  • 1 person $80.00/hr.
  • 2 people $100.00/hr. ($50.00 each)
  • 3 people $120.00/hr. ($40.00 each)
  • 10 session package (1 person) for $700.00 plus posture analysis
