Kona Human Performance is a comprehensive performance and coaching service designed for current and/or aspiring endurance athletes regardless of experience or present level of fitness.
I am motivated by my passion for fitness and teaching exercise principles through evidence-based science. I have experienced a life-time of successful athletic participation in many sports including football, basketball, baseball, cycling, strength training and triathlons ranging from sprint to Ironman distance races. I will provide my clients with useful and current information to assist them in all the necessary areas of training and athletic development.
This website will serve as a resource for novice athletes seeking entry-level information about training for single or multi-sport participation. Intermediate and advanced athletes will also find this site helpful because of its broad topic range and multi-disciplined approach to training.
